At CheapMed, we aim to provide a transparent and reliable shopping experience for all customers.

Return Policy

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition
• Returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns
• To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@cheapmed.co.uk
• A prepaid return label will be provided, so there is no return shipping cost for the customer
• Return instructions, including the return address, will be shared after the request is approved

Refund Policy

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Our support team will review and resolve the issue on priority
