4. Order Process & Payment

Once you place an order:

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation via email
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure gateways

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 7–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Shipping Fee: Free on all orders

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but we are not liable for delays caused by courier issues or events beyond our control.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement by emailing contact@cheapmed.co.uk. After this period, the order may already be in transit, and our return policy will apply.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a lifetime return policy on all eligible products. To qualify:

  • Items must be unopened and in original condition
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–8 business days to your original payment method.
