We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these conditions or appears suspicious.

3. Pricing & Product Information

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes and duties as shown on the product page. We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing and product descriptions; however, errors may occur. In such cases:

  • You will be notified before shipping
  • You may choose to proceed, cancel, or modify your order

4. Order Process & Payment

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email after placing an order
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placement
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time: 7–8 business days
  • Free shipping on all orders
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch by contacting contact@cheapmed.co.uk. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped, and our return policy will apply.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 60-day return policy on eligible products:

  • Items must be unopened and in original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
