Cancellation Policy

Orders placed on CheapMed can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever comes first.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If a cancellation request is successfully made within the allowed time, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
